PE04 is the primary sales application used by RUB consultants. It is extending SAP to their PDA’s allowing them to enter orders into SP through their PDA’s and receiving an answer back in minutes. They were having serious issues with the application due to heavy overload, troublesome implementation and old technologies.
My task was initially to stabilize the system and afterwards to do a complete review of the system and provide a recommendation.
