The purpose of this project was to establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) management system for Danske Bank. SOP’s were receiving a lot of attention, with new regulatory requirements coming in from government authorities. The existing SOP solutions at Danske Bank were not sufficient to meet with current and possibly future requirements, and an updated solution was necessary to be in compliance.
