Integration with customers using web services. Some of the larger customers and BKS have daily operations together, requesting cash services, foreign exchange and submitting deposit slips. These transactions has been automated by interacting with the customers using a set of web services. The customers are able to integrate using the web services and the underlying system integrations ensure the daily work done by humans are kept to a minimum.
