Reporting solution on questionnaire data sent to affiliates around the world.
Novo Nordisk has affiliates around the world, who individually are specialized in one or more countries and maintain some of the functions required for doing business in those countries. Novo Nordisk has a lot of communication with affiliates centered around electronic questionnaires (implemented in InfoPath). This allows affiliates to maintain and update information on countries in an automated way.
I implemented a set of standard reports on questionnaire data, allowing Novo Nordisk to have a global overview on the data reported to them and get critical insight to their business quickly and consistemtly.
